Heres a vid from my September Trip to Wilderness last year with Matt and Leigh, basically an exploratory trip fishing the biggest possible tides we could plan on!! We arrived late on sunday to cold, wintery weather, and found the howling breeze had stirred up the usually pristine waters of the Exmouth Gulf into a cold, dirty and very uninviting arena.. We headed across not really expecting much, and with no real intention of capturing a lot of footage, and ended up with some pretty good stuff.

We had a hot run of Giant Herring, with me landing a corker fish, i also was smoked several times during the week on bigger fish we thought may be big GT's, i will certainly go back with a slightly heavier rod to deal these guys some hurt, instead of vice versa!

Anyways, as always at Wilderness just being there makes up a huge part of the experience, so please enjoy the Vid. Its a bit longer than i usually like, but i just couldnt cut anything out!!

Without a doubt, Exmouth is my favourite part of the world, not just for kayaking, but for the variety of landscapes, and beautiful scenery. I yearn for my trips there every year, and next year is no different.

This video is footage from this years trip, and as well as some epic yakking footage, there is also some great examples of other things to do and see in this nor'west paradise. I guess, this is all just another day in Exmouth really!!

Thanks Guys. Josh i have to agree, the GoPro Hero2 has really stepped up as THE kayak camera, video and stills (self portrait). My Sony has also been relegated to handheld stuff only.

Looking forward to further enhancements for it.
