I don't think I've ever seen such an impressive display of fish filleting. Watch how quickly this guy turns a large spanish mackerel into a couple of fat juicy fillets. Note how impossible it would be to do this if the knife wasn't sharp, nor held it's edge. I'd put money on it that his knife is not made in China.
