Being that I haven't really spared any expenses in the numerous gear and modification experiements I've rigged up my AI, I understand why it always get surrounded by curious onlookers whenever I launch or land. To the uninitiated, seeing a trimaran kayak rigged up with rod holders, cameras, sounder/plotter, etc, can be an eye-opening experience. Because it is typically sporting fairly new equipment, it also gets a fair bit of oogling from those who've been around the block a few times.

I can only imagine what Hallibu77 goes through everytime he takes his AI out into public view, because as tricked out as my dearly beloved Triple Hex is, it's got nothing on his AI beast 'o lovin. Hallibu77 is a very creative guy, with a very inspiring boat. A little over the top for many perhaps, but as Drew Lenman commented (when he reminded me of this clip via email recently) there's probably a few things we could all glean from his set up.
